- I grew up in Hawaii my whole life the longest I spent outside of Hawaii was a month before I started my journey around the world. I graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa in spring of 09. I worked my butt off after that to save money. I was planning on moving to the mainland to try and put my foot in the door of what I hoped would be my career. But after assessing the current Financial crisis, I decided to do what I always dreamed and travel. My goal has changed as I've been on the road. It started out by wanting to travel 2 years with out stepping foot in the US. But that didn't work. So my latest goal is to touch all 7 continents and hopefully by my 30th Birthday touch 100 countries.
